Mr. Aleksandar Pavleski is a specialist when it comes to counseling, negotiations and representing clients in all areas of family law. As a family lawyer he has plenty of experience in complex divorce cases, as well in divisions of assets and debts and child custody disputes.

As experienced lawyer who deals with family law cases on a daily basis, he strives to close and settle cases through negotiations.

Aleksandar is pride on a fact that his law firm can settle the vast majority of its cases, even those involving complex financial and custody issues.

However, life circumstances can sometimes be such that in certain cases it is still necessary to conduct court proceedings to protect client’s interests. That is whyeven during every initial meeting with the client, Aleksandar thinks about a strategy for a possible lawsuit. Damjana Pavleski

Associate | Attorney at Law

Damjana is specialized in international family law and is in charge of legal advice and representation of clients before the courts within the law office.

She has practical experience in family disputes concerning divorce, exercising parental rights and alimony.

She completed her basic academic studies in law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Along with her internship in law office in Belgrade, she also completed a master’s studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, Department of Private International Law. She defended her master’s thesis on “Specifics of International Multi-Party Arbitration Proceedings” with the highest grade. She also passed the bar exam in Belgrade before the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.

Prior to joining Pavleski Law Office, she was hired as a lawyer in several prestigious law offices in Belgrade.

She speaks Serbian and English.

Marko Savić

Attorney at Law | Associate lawyer

Marko is an associate lawyer within the Pavleski law office. Marko started his career as a trainee attorney in a law office in Belgrade.

After completing his internship, he was employed in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, where he acquired practical knowledge in the field of tax law. After his engagement in the Ministry of Finance, he passed the bar exam, after which he became a lawyer.

He speaks Serbian and English.

Dijana Dedić

Attorney at Law | Independent Associate

Attorney at Law Dijana Dedic is an Independent associate of the Pavleski Law Office for Montenegro on family and inheritance law cases. Dijana gained most of her professional experience working as a notary associate in the Notary’s office in Podgorica. She worked in that position for 6 years. During that work, she mainly dealt with inheritance, contract and family law. She conducted inheritance and other proceedings important for family relations.

She has rich experience and knowledge when it comes to family and hereditary relations, as well as in drawing up all types of contracts. After passing the bar exam, she enrolled the register of Lawyers of Montenegro. Throughout her legal career, she has practiced civil law. She represents clients before all courts and on the entire territory of Montenegro, in civil, criminal and executive court proceedings. Diana can also represent clients before courts in Serbia.

Diana speaks Serbian / Montenegrin, English and Russian.

Doroteja Knezevic

Associate

Doroteja is an associate in Pavleski Law. Through her daily work she represents clients before the courts, as well as researching case law and drafting legal documents in family and inheritance disputes.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
She speaks Serbian and English.

Kristina Janicijevic

Kristina is an associate in Pavleski Law. Through her daily work she represents clients before the courts, as well as researching case law and drafting legal documents in family and inheritance disputes.

Aleksandra Veselinović

Trainee Attorney | Associate

Aleksandra has joined the our team at the end of 2019 as a trainee attorney. She is in charge of representing clients before the courts, as well as the legal analysis and composition of submissions in family disputes.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade as one of the best students in her class. In her master’s studies, she successfully defended her master’s thesis with the highest grade on the topic “Directors as subjects of the duty to avoid conflicts of interest in terms of prohibition the use of corporate opportunities.”

She received a commendation from the Faculty of Law in 2016 and 2017 for her exceptional academic success. During her studies, she was awarded a scholarship by the Faculty of Law, the city of Sabac and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.

She speaks Serbian and English.

Iva Dimitrijević

Administrative assistant

Iva works in administration and finance in Pavleski Law. She is in charge of standardizing workflows and improving work processes in terms of administration and finances, so that the day-to-day operations of the law office function smoothly.

She is also in charge of: organizing meetings, running various databases, communicating with clients, as well as providing other administrative support to lawyers.

She speaks Serbian and English.
