Anastasia Milenkovic
Junior associate

Anastasija Milenković is a trainee lawyer at the Pavleski Law. Her regular duties include communication with clients and the courts, drafting briefs, appeals and lawsuits, and representing clients in almost all types of family disputes.

Also, daily, she assists senior lawyers in complex family law cases in which she prepares submissions, sorting evidence, research court practice etc.

Anastasia graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, while at the same faculty she completed her master’s studies in family law. The topic of her master’s thesis was “European standards and surrogacy. Anastasia also completed her international family law master’s studies in Hungary at the University of Miskolc. The topic of her master’s thesis was “The child’s right to privacy on social networks”.

She speaks Serbian and English.

Recent work highlights:

  • She assists in the Hague abduction case in which our law firm represents a client from abroad for the purpose of returning a child whose mother illegally brought to Serbia.

  • She represents the client before the court in the Serbian-Canadian international divorce

  • She has drafted complex lawsuits and agreements on the division of marital assets in Serbia.

  • She represented a client (Egyptian national) in an international divorce in Serbia and visitation arrangement with the children.
