IAFL conference – Venice 2023

In February 2023, lawyer Aleksandar Pavleski participated in a conference on family law that took place in Venice. The conference was organized by the International Academy of Family Law Lawyers. The International Academy of Family Law Lawyers, based in New York (USA), is an organization whose members are lawyers who are recognized as experts in family law in their respective countries.

Some of the topics covered are:

  • The role of court experts and other evidence in family disputes
  • Parental alienation of the child
  • Alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation) in France, the Netherlands, Scotland and Poland
  • Cryptocurrencies and the ways in which the disposal of such assets can be blocked during the procedure for the division of joint assets

This event was an excellent opportunity for attorney Pavleski Aleksandar to look at various aspects of international family law in order to use this knowledge when representing clients in family disputes.
